Eligibility for Exchange: All products purchased from Fitforall.in are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivered.

Exchange Conditions:

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

An unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery. This video serves as proof of the condition of the product at the time of receipt and will be required to process any exchange requests.

If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team immediately with the unboxing video as evidence.

2. No Return Policy

No Returns: We do not accept returns for any products. Exchanges are allowed as per the conditions mentioned above.

Exchange Only: If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is an issue with the product, we offer exchanges only. No refunds will be provided.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Contact Customer Service: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the unboxing video.

Exchange Process:

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

After we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and send the replacement product to you.

Unboxing Video: The unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests. Ensure that the video clearly shows the packaging and the condition of the product upon delivery.

Time Frame: All exchanges must be requested and processed within the 7-day period. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Original Packaging: Keep all packaging materials, manuals, and accessories intact for a successful exchange process.
